Thanks David for this post and your blog in general. I've just discovered it recently - lighting candles indeed!

I was recently back home in Australia after an absence of seven years and was really shocked, gob-smacked even, to see the decline in Australians' metabolic health. Overweight and obese people everywhere you look. And the terrible irony is that they've succumbed so fast in part, I think, because so many people are so keen to follow the "right" dietary advice. Demanding accountability from those that dish out that advice has got to be a very good place to start turning the ship around. Thank you again!
